4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

4.1 Free Plan

Free access to selected tools with no payment required. Advertisements may be displayed to free users.

4.2 PRO Plan

Paid subscription giving access to all tools, no ads, and additional features.

• India: ₹99/month or ₹799/year
• Global: $2.99/month or $19/year

4.3 Lifetime Plan

A one-time payment (₹2,999 / $39) for lifetime access to all current and future tools.

4.4 Subscription Billing

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions are billed automatically and will auto-renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party gateways:

• India: Razorpay (accepts UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards)
• International: Stripe (accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

We do not store your full card details. All payments are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. By making a payment, you also agree to the respective payment gateway's terms of service.

6. Refund Policy — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for PRO and Lifetime plans. To request a refund:

• Contact us at contact@your-domain.com within 7 days of your purchase.
• Include your order ID and reason for refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available after 7 days or for accounts found violating these Terms.

7. Affiliate Program

7.1 Eligibility

Any registered user (Free or PRO) may participate in our affiliate program.

7.2 Commission

You earn 30% recurring commission on every paid subscription made by users who sign up via your referral link.

7.3 Commission Rules

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in commission reversal and possible account termination.
• Commissions are held for 7 days before becoming withdrawable (to account for potential refunds).
• Commissions are reversed if the referred user requests a valid refund.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹500 (India) / $10 (International).
• Payouts are processed within 3–7 business days subject to admin approval.

7.4 Prohibited Affiliate Practices

• Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising
• Cookie stuffing or fraudulent traffic generation
• Impersonating Coswaa Tools or making false claims
• PPC bidding on our brand name

Violation of these rules results in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our tools or platform
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through our tools
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse our rate limits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, code, branding, and design on Coswaa Tools are the exclusive property of Coswaa Tools and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our platform without written consent.
